U.S - Saudi Arabia on $60 Billion Weapon Deal

F-15 Jet soldSenior U.S. official said the U.S. and Saudi Arabia to arrange a deal nearly completed a massive arms sales, valued at up to 60 billion dollars, and are discussing the increase of naval and missile defense that could be worth tens of billions of dollars more.

The official, who did not want to be named, said Monday that Obama's government will soon notify Congress of plans to offer a sophisticated fighter jets and military helicopters to Ryadh.

Daily Wall Street Journal, which first reported this agreement Sunday, said this plan has been prepared for months and is the largest U.S. arms sales. This sale is part of a policy aimed at supporting Arab allies from the threat of Iran.

Officials say that in a notice to Congress, which is expected to be received within one or two weeks, Americans will give authorization to Saudi Arabia to buy up as many as 84 fighter aircraft F 15 new and perfect 70 again as part of this sales package. They also said the agreement also includes purchase of three types of helicopters, 70 Apaches, 72 Black Hawks and Little Birds 36. This notice will be followed up with a review by Congress.

UN Accused Iran Complicating Nuclear Inspection

Head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Yukiya Amano spoke Monday after Iran banned two experienced nuclear inspectors into the country. He said Iran's refusal repeatedly hinder the inspection process.

America and its allies suspect Iran's nuclear program to make use of weapons development. Tehran says its program is for peaceful purposes, namely generating electrical energy, and accused the inspectors issuing false information.

Amano said in an IAEA meeting in Vienna, that he had confidence that the inspekturnya completely impartial.

Last IAEA report said Iran continues to enrich uranium and do dissent against UNSC resolution. Speaking in New York Monday, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon called the report as a "source of concern." Ban called for Iran's full cooperation with the agency to resolve all issues related to its nuclear program.

Switzerland Dictator Illegal Asset Confiscation Law in Swiss Banks

The new law allows the Swiss government to freeze the assets of the disputed term of 10 years.

Swiss news agency, SDA, said the Swiss Parliament approved by 114 votes difference versus 49 to pass the bill, which had been previously agreed upon by the Senate.

This bill is intended to stop such assets falling into the hands of criminals. In the past, Switzerland has been forced to return funds to the family of the dictator and not to the countries where corruption is coming from.

Under the new law, the Swiss government to freeze the assets in dispute until a period of 10 years, while the Swiss preparing legal action to foreclose.

The new law also itemize the funds are returned to their home country should be used to improve the lives of residents of the country, strengthen the judicial system and fighting crime.

Clinton Moderating Israeli-Palestinian Discussion in Egypt

Clinton's Foreign Minister told reporters accompanying him on the way that "time is ripe" for Middle East peace.

Clinton on Monday declared another American view that Israel should extend the freezing of settlements, but he said there are obligations of both parties to ensure that perudingan kept walking.

Authorities said several missiles fired from an unmanned plane on Tuesday on a militant compound in the area of Shawal, North Waziristan.

The attack was a missile attack at least the 10th this month in the area. Shawal region of North Waziristan became the base of Taliban militants and al-Qaeda.
